（一）授薪律师（12名）

岗位要求：1.拥有律师执业证；2.国内外知名院校毕业；3.拥有准确获悉、理解工作任务、独立思考、分析、研究问题的工作能力；4.具有团队合作意识；拥有良好、专业的沟通技能及职业素养。福利待遇：1.5000-20000元起/月；2.有机会享受律所提供的国内/国际旅游和节日福利；3.全国办公地点通用。工作地点：北京市海淀区学院路天工大厦B座

（二）实习律师（10名）

岗位要求：1.制作、整理各类案件材料；2.熟练掌握并准确操作各类案件系统；3.独立完成立案、保全申请等法定程序类工作及简单案件的庭审；4.处理运营中心合同审核、修订等非诉法律事务。5.协助律师与客户接洽、商谈等。任职资格：1.法学专业本科以上学历，法学基础扎实（党员、班干部优先）；2.通过国家司法考试；3.诚信踏实，良好的沟通能力，有志于从事律师工作；4.持有驾照者优先。

福利待遇：1.4000元-6000元起/月；2.绩效奖金；3.节日礼物、岗前培训、工作餐等。

（三）行政人员（2名）

岗位要求：1.专科以上学历;2.品行端正、身体健康，具有较强的责任心;3.有较强的语言表达能力、文字工作能力、整理档案能力，沟通协调能力；4.能熟练操作电脑,熟练使用办公软件，具有相关工作经验优先。

Handled non-litigation legal affairs such as contract review and revision of the operation center. 5. Assist lawyers to contact and negotiate with clients. Bachelor degree or above in law, solid foundation in law (Party member or class cadre preferred); 2. Passed the national judicial examination; 3. Honest and practical, good communication skills, willing to work as a lawyer; 4. Driver's license holder is preferred.
